The lovely ladies of Hannibal's Catering had a very busy day at the Cal Expo Bridal Show on Sunday, March 1st. We an immaculate display of black and yellow, Hannibal's Catering at one of the best displays that this show has ever seen. With layers of glass and florals, this sight could be seen immediately after entering the building.Included in this display were four particular items: 1) A mashed potato bar served in single serving Martini Glasses, 2) Margarita Shrimp Shooters, 3) Fruit Martini with Applesauce, Strawberries, Blackberries and Green Grapes, and last, but not least was the innovative idea of the 4) Asian Chicken Salad served in a Wine Glass.
