California Capital Air Show

Hannibal's was the the chosen caterer for the California Capital Air Show held in Mather, CA on September 12th and September 13th. This was a huge event, one of our largest and we are proud to say we pulled it off with "flying" colors, no pun intended. With 30 other large orders, Hannibal's had a day to remember. On Saturday alone, our kitchen created meals for over 5,000 people in the Sacramento area.

This was a chance for us to really strut our stuff and show what we specialize in, large events. The gala event was full of different ethnic food and beverage stations.
